These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the D-TECH Quizzes website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Security

• You must register for an account to access most features of the Platform, including quizzes, leaderboards, and the rewards store.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform in any way that:

• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Involves exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• Attempts to cheat, manipulate, or unfairly alter your scores, XP, D-TECH points, or ranking on the leaderboards.
• Attempts to interfere with the proper working of the Platform, including bypassing security measures, reverse-engineering, or deploying malicious code.

3. Virtual Currency (D-TECH Points) and Rewards

Our Platform utilizes a virtual currency system ("D-TECH Points") and Experience Points ("XP").

• No Monetary Value: D-TECH Points and XP are digital records of your interaction with the Platform. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, fiat currency, or any other legally recognized currency.
• Earning and Spending: Points are earned through educational achievements and interaction with third-party advertisements on the platform. They can only be spent within the Platform's virtual store.
• Revocation: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the virtual currency system, or adjust user balances, at our sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected cheating or exploitation.

4. Offline Functionality and Synchronization

The Platform is designed with offline-first capabilities.

• When using the app offline, your progress is saved locally on your device.
• You are responsible for periodically connecting to the internet to allow the Platform to synchronize your local data with our servers.
• We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs if local device storage is cleared before a successful synchronization to our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, features, datasets, and functionality of the Platform are owned by D-TECH Quizzes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Ads

The Platform contains links to third-party websites and advertisements (such as those provided by Monetag). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D-TECH Quizzes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
